Many sources claim that rental relations are becoming important in the development of entrepreneurial activity because even non-owners can create and run their own business in them. It follows that we contribute to the economic development and growth of the state's potential through the formation of an effective rental system and relations. Therefore, in this article, we will consider in detail the role of rental relations in economic and social development. Special attention was also paid to the problems of rental relations, public policy, and rational use of property. According to the results of the study, proposals and recommendations were formulated in this direction.
