In this article, we have touched upon some aspects of improving rental (leasing) relations at enterprises at the stage of development of the modern economy. The main purpose of the article is to reveal the economic potential of these relations. As an integral part of the modern economy as a whole, the study of lease (leasing) relations and their improvement are considered relevant issues, because property relations and various mechanisms associated with them are a factor in increasing profits not only for the owner of the property, but also for its tenant (lessee).
