n the article, the experience of developed countries in the implementation of digital transformation and automation in industrial enterprises, current economic conditions, digitization processes implemented in their enterprises, business models are analyzed, and the implementation of digital transformation and new business models in the industrial enterprises of our country is discussed. theoretical and practical conclusions are presented.
