In the conditions of modernization in Uzbekistan, it is of scientific and practical importance to identify existing shortcomings based on assessing the effectiveness indicators of any measures and reforms and their timely solution. As in other areas, assessing the effectiveness of using human resources in enterprise management makes it possible to determine priority areas for achieving competitive advantage through the effective organization of production processes in the economic activities of the enterprise and the optimal use of labor resources owned by the enterprise This article, based on analysis, highlights the issues of effective use of human resources in enterprise management, theoretical information and practical aspects of its methods.
