Artificial intelligence (Al) is revolutionizing the way organizations conduct business processes. This article examines the role and impact of Al in the digital transformation of business processes in organizations. The article discusses the history and evolution of Al, the benefits and challenges of implementing Al in business processes, and the future implications of Al on the workforce. Based on a comprehensive review of the literature, the article concludes that Al has the potential to significantly improve organizational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and create new business models. However, organizations must also address the ethical, legal, and social implications of Al to fully realize its benefits.
