The article deals with the issues of digitalization in corporate governance systems, in particular, the issues of improving the use of modem information and communication technologies (ICT) in the digitalization of safe management of hydraulic structures. The issues of digitalization and organization of the use of ERP systems in the management of water facilities, as well as ensuring their safety and protection are considered.
