Patients with rheumatoid arthritis in comparison with patients without a background pathology to increase in weight of pathological process in parodontium have progressive decrease in microcirculation, increase of a vascular tone, decrease comprnsatory mechanisms – the active mechanism, blood-groove infringement – the passive mechanism. In pathogenesis infringements of microcirculation at patients with rheumatoid arthritis suppression of passive mechanisms, blood-groove modulations (decrease on 15,43-50,30 % concerning patients without a background pathology) and less expressed (decrease on 0,62-5,40 % concerning patients without a background pathology) suppression of active mechanisms of microcirculation prevails.
