Annotatsiya

The condition and character of disturbance of microcirculation of parodontium tissues are, according to the majority of the researchers, a leading link in a pathogenesis of parodontium pathologies. In the presence of defect in a dentition there are significant disturbances in dentoalveolar system. Besides depression of chewing efficiency in the majority cases secondary deformation of dentitions is formed, shifts of a teeth in various directions develop, integrity of a dentition that leads to development to an overload of parodontium tissues the teeth adjoining on defect is broken. Thus, studying of hemodynamic indicators in the field of defect of a dentition is objective criterion of an estimation of conditions of parodontium tissues, for planning of the orthopedic treatment.
