The results of the study justify the need to conduct ENMG, quantitative sensory and autonomous testing when examining patients with type I- diabetes in the early stages of the disease, which is important for prescribing timely treatment at the subclinical stage. It was found that the study of the lipid spectrum, as well as the identification of late complications of diabetes (retinopathy) can be used in clinical practice to determine the presence of risk factors for the development of DPN severity. The results of the study allow us to develop recommendations for identifying patients with a subclinical stage of neuropathy.
