Annotatsiya

A number of hydrolases involve in the lysis of bacteria in the mouth among which a lysozyme and α-amylase take a special place. Lysozyme hydrolyzing bacterial cell wall murein of grampositive bacteria causes damage to macromolecules which subsequently results in the death of the microorganism.
