В последнее время ВИЧ-инфекпия стала важнейшей медико-сопиальной проблемой, так как число зараженных с каждым днем увеличивается [7]. Раннее выявление ВИЧ-инфекпии у стоматологических больных способствует ограничению дальнейшего распространения инфекции [2]. У ВИЧ-инфипированных пациентов развиваются различные проявления болезни в полости рта [1.9]. В связи с этим стоматологам часто приходится принимать участие в постановке диагноза. лечении и проведении профилактической работы среди ВГ1Ч-инфипированнкх пациентов [3.4.6].
