Cyto-characteristics of the oral mucosa in respiratory allergies

Annotatsiya

The cytological method of investigation is widely used in the allergologic practice. At the remission stage of pollinosis in the smears there was noted prevalence of the matured epitheliocytes (five stages), they constituted 57.2%. after the treatment there was noted tendency to increase in high differentiated cells up to 63.4 and twofold decrease in epitheliocytes at the third stage. In pollinosis. at the remission stages, quantity of epithelial cells was 79.5%, but after the treatment with vobenzyme their number increased to 80.3%.
