The aim of the research was to study the dose-effect relationship of the experimental mixture (EM) for arresting caries treatment by changing a number of integral indicators (relative mass coefficients) of the internal organs of laboratory animals when studying the cumulative effect in order to identify target organs. It was found that the survival rate of laboratory animals in the experiment and control when studying the cumulative effect of EM under conditions of repeated intragastric administration to weaned rats was 100%. The studied EM sample does not have cumulative properties at the level of manifestation of lethal effects, the cumulation coefficient is more than 5. At the end of the 30-day experiment to study the cumulative effect of EM, differences in the mass coefficients of the liver, kidneys, heart, spleen, and adrenal glands in the fonned groups were not recorded. The influence of EM on the dynamics of biometric indicators of conventional experimental animals in a subchronic experiment is absent; potential target organs have not been identified.
