One of the common diseases among all pathologies of the oral mucosa is red flat lichen. This pathology is very difficult to treat, as etiopathogenetic factors that play an important role in the development of this disease is very much. In this study, using laser Doppler flowmetry diagnosis of microvascular tone of patients with lichen planus against the background of drugs that improve the condition of the microcirculatory bed at the local and systemic level. The control group consisted of healthy individuals of the middle age group. The parameters of microvascular tone before treatment and after 6 months were studied by Wavelet analysis. The data obtained reliably reflect the improvement of capillary blood flow in the oral cavity of patients with lichen planus. The expediency of incorporating into the treatment of patients, drugs with endotheliopathy and vazodilatiruushimi properties.
