In Tashkent, further liberalization of the economy is considered a priority task, and the main task in this area is the formation of a class of owners and the construction of an economy in which private property plays a leading role. To fulfill this priority task, it is necessary to create economic and legal conditions for free entrepreneurship, strengthen the ties of business structures with financial, banking and other market structures, provide them with broad access to all production and information resources, create a system that guarantees the sale of their products both within the country and abroad.
