This article analyzes the formation of youth policy, which is considered one of the priority directions of state policy in the era of New Uzbekistan, its legal foundations, practical results, and prospects. It also highlights the work carried out in youth policy during the second government, as well as the role of this policy in society and its contribution to enhancing social and political activity. The essence, main directions, and legal foundations of the youth policy implemented in New Uzbekistan are examined. The article discusses state programs and legislative acts adopted in the field of youth engagement, using examples and practical implementations. The conditions created for youth are thoroughly analyzed through systems such as the “Youth Notebook,” “Youth Academy,” “Youth Press Club,” and “Youth Parliament.”
