The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as the main law of our country, plays an important role in protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens. Environmental and ecological rights are also issues that are given special attention in the Constitution. This article provides detailed information about the guarantees of environmental and ecological rights in the Constitution of Uzbekistan, their importance and place in the current legislation.
