The article analyzes topical issues related to the development of social, moral and legal frameworks for the problem of social and psychological rehabilitation of victims of human trafficking. In particular, special attention is paid to the social and moral bases, regulatory and legal aspects of fight against human trafficking, as well as to the scientific and methodological aspects of social and psychological rehabilitation of victims of human trafficking.
