This article provides some information about the foreign diplomatic and trade relations of the Bukhara khanate. An analysis of the historical stages of building a democratic society is one of the main tasks. A deeper understanding of the history of society and statehood and the correct conclusions can be one of the key factors in building an independent state. At the present stage, a review of historical years is one of the essential aspects of scientific research. When we look at the history of the late medieval times (the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries), we can be sure that our ancestors had a high culture. The relevance of my article is that the fundamental work done on this subject in historiography is few. Uzbekistan is one of the cradles of ancient civilization, which has political, economic and cultural significance in the lives of the peoples of Central Asia. The rich history of Uzbekistan and its historical monuments, material and spiritual culture, which have attracted oriental scholars from ancient times, especially highlight the trade relations of the khanate with Russia. It also analyzes the memoirs of Russian ambassadors about khanates.
