The economic policy of Russian empire in the end 19 - the beginning 20 centuries till now has not lost the need to studying as a separate theme. Nevertheless, the question of studying and the analysis of the processes connected with economic policy of Russia, always interested historians. By present time a number of publications, monographies, summaries and brochures which contents is close to a theme of research is published. In article, from the historiographic point of view, the literature on history of economic relationsin Russian empire of the end XIX - beginnings of XXth century is analyzed.
