The article highlights on the basis of historical sources that the implementation of the industrialization policy in the Uzbekistan in the 40-80s of the XX century, the dense and very close location of industrial enterprises in that city, and negatively appeared on its environment. Information on environmental damage caused by waste due to negligence of the material and technical base of industrial enterprises in the fast fulfillment of obligations of the former Union.
