The article describes kitchen waresfound in OldKhavas settlement of the Karakhanid period. It is concluded that the most common in the complexes of this time ceramics – were pots and hearth, which are a necessary attribute of kitchen equipment and which, for variety and accounting for their domestic purpose, were given different forms of the shape and edges.
