Currently, the issues of studying the monuments of Ustrushana dating back to the Bronze Age and generalizingdisparate materials remain open. In this regard, the study of burial structures of the Bronze Age is of particularimportance for identifying the stages of settlement of the ancient population in the north-western part of thecountry. With this in mind, archaeological research was conducted in the Jizzakh oasis in 2022. This articleprovides information about 15 burial mounds of stone boxes found in the Jizzakh oasis. As a result of survey in the Zhelli guli area, about 20 mounds were identified and mapped, of which 15 moundswere unearthed and studied, each of which contained one burial. The discovered burial mounds were built onthe surface of the top of a rocky hillock. Structurally, the barrows consisted of a dug rectangular pit lined withstones and a low stone mound. A similar design and character of the burials find a complete analogy among theburials of the Andronovo culture of the Eurasian steppes. Possibly, the revealed kurgan group reflects one ofthe directions of migration of the tribes of the Andronovo culture to Central Asia.
