Ushbu maqolada cost engineeringning nazariy asoslari va uning iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirishdagio‘rni tahlil qilingan. Cost engineeringning mohiyati, uning resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, budjetlashtirish va risklarniboshqarishdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston sharoitida cost engineeringni joriy etish imkoniyatlari va buorqali investitsiya loyihalarining moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlash masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbusohani rivojlantirish barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlash uchun dolzarb ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
