В статье рассматриваются ключевые тенденции трансформации рынка труда в контексте переходак зеленой экономике. Проведен анализ прогнозов занятости в «зеленых» секторах, выявлены востребованныекомпетенции и вызовы, связанные с переквалификацией работников. Обоснована необходимостьсовершенствования системы подготовки кадров для устойчивого развития экономики.
