This article discusses topical issues of the formation and development of distance labor in our country. The article analyzes the pros and cons of distance labor, as well as the pros. In particular, the loss of the boundary between personal life and work, the inability to create a working environment at home, communicative distress due to lack of communication with colleagues, deterioration of the mental state of remote employees, lack of control over these employees, the problem of quality and efficiency of work, lack of responsibility of the employer for security. Development of remote workforce. A list of blocking factors is defined and ways to eliminate them are indicated. At the end of the article, the author's comments and conclusions about the prospects for expanding the use of distance labor in our country will be transmitted.
