In this article the experience of codification of entepreneual laws in the USA and some European states was analyzed. The author analyzes the specifics of codification of entepreneual laws implemented in the USA, Germany and France . Taking into account that the Republic of Uzbekistan has several hundred normative legal acts which regulate activities of business entities, some scholars and lawyers support idea on codification of these laws and develop a draft Entrepreneurial Code in order to improve and liberalize legislation in this area.
