This article provides a scientific and practical analysis of the classification of bis-thiourea derivatives based on hexamethylene bis-urea according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity (HS Code). The study examines the classification of these compounds within Section VI and Chapter 29 of the HS Code, based on their chemical structure, functional groups, and physical state. The research justifies that bis-thiourea derivatives, as separate chemically defined organic compounds, belong to heading 2924 19 000 0. Furthermore, a new 10-digit code, 2924 19 000 1, is recommended for the HS Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
