The content of water-soluble vitamins in the “Asshan” food supplement, which is a composition based on orange and grapefruit peels, was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). It was established that vitamin C has the highest concentration in the new supplement — 239.175 mg/100 g, followed by B-group vitamins: B2 (3.16 mg/100 g), B1 (1.095 mg/100 g), and B9 (0.74 mg/100 g). Analysis of the obtained results indicates that the “Asshan” food supplement is a promising product for use in modern medicine and traditional practice for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and bone diseases, anemia, disorders of the nervous and muscular systems, as well as inflammatory conditions of internal organs.
