In this study, the amount of water-soluble vitamins (vitamin C and B-group vitamins) in selected plant samples was determined using the HPLC method. Standard vitamins and reagents from Germany and China, as well as a Shimadzu LC-40 Nexera Lite chromatograph, were used for the analysis. The samples were extracted in an HCl solution using an ultrasonic bath and separated through a special column. Each vitamin was detected at a specific wavelength, and its quantity was evaluated using a calibration curve. This method provides accurate and reliable results for vitamin determination.
