In this work, the role of adenosine receptors A1 in the tumor process and the possibility of its use and the quality of the therapeutic target are analyzed. Receptor A1 plays a key role in the regulation of cell proliferation, apoptosis, and immune response. V state shows the interaction of A1 receptors with tumor cells and elements of the immune system, as well as the development of angiogenesis and the tumor microenvironment. Notable prospective application of agonists and antagonists of receptors A1 and oncotherapy.
