The results of determining the content of vitamins in the As-Sabr food supplement using the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method were analyzed. The results of the study were aimed at characterizing the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the biologically active compounds of this supplement. Based on the data obtained, the possibility of using these biologically active substances for the prevention and correction of diseases of the central nervous system was considered. Practical recommendations for their use in the food industry and medicine are given.
