This article presents data about prevalence and anatomic characteristics of some nosological forms of anorectal malformations in 210 girls at the age of 1 day to 15 years who were treated in the clinic from 2010 to 2021. Of them 177 girls (84,3%) underwent primary surgeries in the clinic, 33 (15,7%) - were admitted with various complications after operations being made in the other hospitals. There were prevailed fistulas, rare regional variants were found in 50 (23,8%) patients. There is presented characteristic of some nosological forms. The associated anomalies were revealed in 90 (52%) patients. The one-stage radical technique was preferred by specialists.
