This article gives an opinion on the provision of the education system with highly qualified personnel; professional competence of teachers, improvement of the monitoring and development system of education, including the creation of national educational statistics, taking into account international requirements; training of high-quality specialists meeting the socio-economic requirements of modern society in our country.
