The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal regulation of road safety. There are legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of road safety, their impact on road safety, proposals for their improvement. The author of the article focuses on the features of the study of road safety legislation and indicates that they are aimed at regulating the organizational aspects of road safety and relationships after the offense.
