This article reveals the objective aspects of a crime, their relationship and features, as well as their role in the classification of crimes of the Criminal Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The objective aspect of some offenses is theoretical in nature and is associated with additional characteristics. The article highlights practical problems of the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on this issue and developed appropriate proposals and recommendations to improve the situation in the crime situation.
