The article notes that the issues of gender equality in Uzbekistan have developed in the new millennium. It is well known that the solution of gender problems depends on the development of the whole country, the growth of its international prestige. At the same time, the role and status of women in the development of society, their special place in the family, children, neighborhood and community are highlighted. In society and in the family, the equality of men and women in the system of governance is illustrated by examples.
