The article examines the essence and significance of the President's Messages to parliament as the main political and legal instrument of public administration.The article examines the connection of the President's Messages to parliament with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It is determined to what extent the ideas contained in the Addresses of PresidentSh. Mirziyoyev coincide with the recommendations of the world community, as reflected in the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The results achieved by Uzbekistan in achieving the SDG are assessed.
