The article examines the social benefits for women adopted in the years of independence in Uzbekistan, legal normative documents on social protection. Also described are social preferences, its types, essence, classification, distinctive features and distinctive aspects. In the strong social policy of our state, the attention given to women and girls, the reforms carried out and the plans for the future will be given comprehensive socio-political feedback. At the new stage of development of Uzbekistan, in order to increase the political activity of women, to ensure their legal status and status, attention was paid to what should be paid, guarantees and benefits to women and girls were considered and proposals were made.
