This article examines the role and importance of the judicial system in the consideration and resolution of labor disputes in Uzbekistan. Labor disputes that should be considered directly in the courts were identified and analyzed. A comparative legal analysis of the settlement of labor disputes in foreign countries is carried out. As part of the consideration and resolution of individual labor disputes by the courts, proposals and recommendations related to the current Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan were developed.
