人口庭園 (A fake garden) is also one of Abe Tomoji’s masterpieces. The book was published in 1954. The theme of this work is humanism, which focuses on social moral issues and old values and new worldviews. It served to shed light on the fate of young people in society, the system and problems that afflict them. In general, all the events and emotions that affect human life are the main theme of literature. By studying Abe Tomoji’s contribution to the development of Japanese literature and the impact of the socio-political period in his work, this study aims to expand our knowledge by analyzing the artistic features of “A fake garden” and illuminating portraits and feelings of the protagonists.
