Annotation: the article analyzes the importance of prosecutor's control over legislative compliance in higher educational institutions in the Prevention of violations and educational process. In this deeply understood the reforms carried out in the higher educational institutions on the basis of a special concept aimed at the organization of educational work aimed at increasing the legal culture along with the educational process, the formation of a healthy moral and pedagogical-psychological environment, as well as the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, issues related to the content and essence of the prosecutor's control over the training of the new generation of personnel capable of making a worthy contribution to the changes carried out in the chosen sphere and compliance with the legislation in higher education institutions have been scientifically analyzed and relevant proposals in this regard have been put forward.
