This article provides information about Burhaniddin Marghinani, a leading Hanafi jurist, and the hadiths quoted by him in his book Al-Hidoya in support of jurisprudential rulings. There are also special works on the hadiths of Al-Hidaya, especially Nasbur-r-roya and its author, Jamaliddin Zaylai`s (d. 762/1360) views of the hadith narrated by Sahib Hidaya analyzed.
