The article deals with the destructive ideas that states and peoples face on the path of national development, their negative impact on national and universal values. The forms of manifestation of destructive ideas, the social consequences of such threats as radicalism, terrorism and extremism, which pose a real threat to our region, are analyzed. The ideological processes of ideological contradictions and universal problems have also been studied, since human civilization today is becoming incapacitated under the influence of destructive ideas. It also analyzes ways to combat the destructive ideas identified in the development strategy of Uzbekistan, including the importance of the ideas of national development, an enlightened society.
