According to the United Nations Population Division, 49.7% of the world’s population are women. One of the important issues discussed over the past decades in legal, social and political circles, is the protection of women’s rights. Equality is the most important foundation of any democratic society striving for social justice and respect for human rights. Nevertheless, it must be admitted that almost everywhere women are discriminated against to some extent in the family, in society and in the workplace. Our objective is to reveal the causes of this problem and try to find a suitable solution.
