The review provides an assessment of various authors in the process of formation of diabetic foot syndrome surgery. The choice of the correct treatment tactics for a patient with purulent necrotic diseases with diabetic foot syndrome undoubtedly affects the outcome of the disease and the development of complications, the choice of a therapeutic algorithm allows to improve the results of treatment, and accordingly, to preserve the social image and fullness of limb function.
