Актуальность. На сегодняшний день избыточной массой тела и ожирением страдают более 1,6 миллиарда человек, около трети из них ожирением и их число неуклонно увеличивается. Ожирение считается новой «глобальной неинфекционной эпидемией», требующей длительной комплексной терапии. В связи с этим поиск различных подходов к терапии ожирения является актуальным. Цель исследования: изучить эффективность и переносимость препарата Орлип 120 мг у больных с ожирением различной степени. Источником исследования служили 34 пациента с ожирением в возрасте от 18 до 75 лет, с ИМТ> 30 кг/м2. Результаты: на фоне терапии препаратом Орлип через 12 недель отмечалась положительная динамика со стороны массы тела. Среднее снижение МТ в исследуемой группе составило 6,4%. Измерение ОТ в итоге показало уменьшение показателей в среднем на 6,7%. Отношение параметров ОТ/ОБ составило 3,5%. Среднее изменение ИМТ по сравнению с исходным уровнем к концу лечения составило - 6,8 %. При этом наблюдалось достоверное снижение ДАД на 10,7%, уровня ОХС на 15,2% и ЛПНП на 20,4%. Заключение: полученные нами результаты показывают клиническую эффективность препарата Орлип, применение которого у пациентов с ожирением приводит к снижению массы тела и окружности талии, ДАД и некоторых показателях липидного спектра.
