The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of legal education, which is an important factor in the formation of legal consciousness, the role of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in legal education, the importance of legal education in the formation of legal consciousness and legal culture. Also, specific aspects of legal education in the formation of legal consciousness of the individual have been developed.
