The article describes the results of experiments conducted on enlarged diameter saw spacers prepared for conducting experiments to improve the seed lintering process and lintering equipment, increase the productivity of the 5LP linter, and achieve energy savings. Information is provided on the preparation of saw spacers with increased outer diameters inthree variants for conducting experiments, as well as on the results of tests to determine the quality indicators of lint and seeds obtained from the linter
