The article presents an assessment of the impact of vitamin D on the condition of periodontal tissues in pregnant women undergoing orthodontic treatment. The study analyzes clinical data from pregnant patients, taking into account vitamin D levels and their association with periodontal status at different stages of pregnancy. The findings indicate a significant role of vitamin D in shaping periodontal responses and emphasize its importance for optimizing orthodontic treatment in this group of patients.
